Tim and Sayaka chose Noosa for their wedding last year. Tim, an Australian, married his Japanese bride at the Hidden Grove after he brought her here on holiday and she fell in love with the area.

“You can’t beat the location,” says Tim who now lives in Japan. “We love the beach and the laid-back atmosphere. Noosa has a warm, intimate feeling and maintains a community atmosphere.”

The couple were impressed by the service they received from the local wedding professionals: “Several guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to”.

“All were passionate about their work. Despite arranging most of the wedding from our home and busy lifestyle in Tokyo, communication was easy. Most were familiar with one another which meant they could easily contact each other to plan.”

Tim contacted First Class Functions only 5 weeks before the wedding day, to arrange his destination wedding in Noosa!  Not that we recommend leaving it this late, however, Georgina – wedding planner with First Class Functions, made all the calls to Noosa Weddings suppliers, and within a couple of days had the entire wedding day arranged!  What a feat! And, what a brilliant result…. 30 guests travelled interstate and internationally to attend this beautiful Noosa Wedding.
